Denver Zoo case study
Redesigned the Denver Zoo website to create a seamless online ticket purchasing experience. Conducted user testing, competitive analysis, and iterative wireframing to solve navigation and ticket-buying pain points. Final prototype featured improved information architecture, clearer call to action, and purposeful design. User testing showed increased satisfaction and easier task completion.
La Serra Collective audit
Audited La Serra Collective, a Denver non-profit making art accessible through tiered pricing. Found the website had good feedback systems but suffered from inconsistent buttons, confusing navigation, and messy text formatting that undermined their mission. Recommended standardizing design elements, simplifying navigation, and adding clear call to action to increase sales and return visits
